A growing number of local Freehold Housing sites are engaging PLJ Estate Services to act as the Managing Agents for their site, we currently provide services to sites in Malvern, Worcester, Drakes Broughton and Ledbury, ranging from 38 to 424 units.
The principles of our Block Management approach are utilised for Estate Management, with the service structure being underpinned by regular meetings with Management Company representatives and transparency on income and expenditure.
